Obituary

Addiel "Bebo" Alberto Ortiz, age 31 of Millville passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 12, 2024. He was born on May 10th, 1993 in Vineland, NJ to his father Angel A Ortiz Sr. and mother Dayna A. (Martinez) Ortiz. He was a corrections officer at Southern State Prison for eight years and was currently employed at Bayside State Prison for the last two years. He enjoyed coaching the blitz football team, riding motorcycles and being around family and friends.

Bebo was funny, outspoken and up for a good time. Whenever he called you, you needed to prepare yourself for a lengthy conversation. When you did something wrong he would be quick to correct you out of love. He was competitive and wanted to be the best at everything. If you left it up to him, he believed he was his mothers smartest child, along with making the best ribs and mac and cheese. Bebo had comebacks and jokes for days. If you were worried about anything he would reassure you that everything was going to be ok.

Bebo was a present and active father of four. No matter how long he worked, he made sure he had time for all of his children. He worked tirelessly in order to provide a comfortable lifestyle for his family. Bebo was not only present for his family, but also for his friends and community. We will miss all of his sayings such as," Yall need Jesus", "Stop playing with my life" or "it's not that serious".

Addiel is survived by his fiancé Destiny Alvarado, his daughters Jennavecia Cruz and Isabella Ortiz and his sons Cameron and Avery Ortiz Father Angel Ortiz Sr and his mother Dayna Ortiz and sibling Mia Cisrow, Angel Ortiz Jr, Anthony Ortiz and Emmanuel Ortiz. He is also survived by his sibling in-laws Michael Cisrow and Brianil Ortiz. Numerous nieces and nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins, along with his grandparents Dionisia Martinez and Juan Ortiz and an abundance of friends. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.

We Salute you!
