Aida Arrocho Acosta, age 77 of Vineland, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at Genesis Millville Center.

She was born on October 16, 1945 in Utuado, Puerto Rico to the late Alberto Arrocho and Julia Bordoy. Aida was employed by a number of companies and finally retired from Limpert Brothers, of Vineland. Aida enjoyed cooking, playing dominoes, family dinners and gatherings.

She was predeceased by her long-time partner Jaime Montalvo and by her son Luis O. Acosta and her brother Odulio Arrocho.

Aida is survived by her loving children; Ingrid Montalvo-Gould (Olin), Donna Montalvo, Aida Acosta, Julia Acosta, William Arrocho, Alberto Acosta and Angel Acosta. She also leaves behind her beloved brother, Angel Arrocho (Carmen) and her 8 cherished grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and her beloved cat, Stormi.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 31st at 7:00 pm at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Family and friends may gather from 6:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
