Albert C. Hibbert, age 87 of Vineland, passed away after an extended illness on Friday, August 12, 2016 at home, surrounded by his loving family.

Albert was born in Limon, Costa Rica to the late George and Evelyn (Arboine) Hibbert and lived in Vineland most of his life. Prior to retirement, he was a Foreman for I.G.I. Labs of Buena for 25 years. Albert was First Elder and a member of the First Newtonville Seventh Day Adventist Church. He enjoyed gardening and sharing time with his family.

He was predeceased by his son, Albert Gittens. Survivors include his loving wife of 60 years, Silvia (Cox) Hibbert of Vineland. Four daughters, Lavonie Brewster-McCarthy of Silver Spring, MD.,  Valry Smith and her husband Mark of Vineland, Karen Gibson and her husband Kevin of Beltsville, MD and Sharon McKenzie and her husband Andrew of Silver Spring, MD. Also 16 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and cousin Mavis Arboine.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 19 ^th at 11:00 AM from the First Newtonville Seventh Day Adventist Church 955 NJ-Route 54 Williamstown, NJ 08094. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.

Visitation will be held 9:30-11:00 AM at the CHURCH prior to the service on Friday.
