Albert L. Rodriguez, age 49 of Vineland, passed away as a result of an automobile accident on Thursday February 27, 2014 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Albert was born in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico to Alfredo and Maria M. Rodriguez and was a Vineland resident most of his life. He attended Chestnut Assembly of God Church. Albert was employed as a truck driver for Malaga Paving Co. for 2 years, and he also drove for Mainline Fuels of Bridgeton. He enjoyed softball and going to the fitness gym. Albert is survived by his wife of 10 years, Elizabeth (Montanez) Rodriguez of Vineland. His mother and step-father, Maria M. Rodriguez of Landisville and Jose Rodriguez of Egg Harbor City. 5 children; Jackie Rodriguez and husband Nelson, Albert Rodriguez Jr., all of Buena, Kayla M. Rodriguez, Christopher Cuevas and Jada L. Rodriguez, all of Vineland. 3 grandchildren; Adriann Macario and Joshua Martinez and Leiylani S. Rodriguez. 3 step-children; Destiny Cruz, Amy Montanez and Deja Cruz, all of Vineland. 3 brothers; Nestor Rodriguez of Vineland, Luis Rodriguez of Hammonton and Alfredo "Freddy" Rodriguez and wife Maggie of Buena. 3 half-brothers and 3 half-sisters, and also many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Friday March 7th at 10:00 am at the Higher Place Ministries, 40 W. Landis Ave. Vineland. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Victories Cemetery, Landisville. The viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Church, and again on Friday from 9:00-10:00 am at the Church.
