Barbara Anne "Bobbie" Collett, age 74 of Millville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at the Maurice House, Millville. Born in Vineland to the late Carl and Eleanor (Coari) Collett, Bobbie was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School. She went on to earn her degree in nursing from New York University and a phD from Georgetown University. Prior to retirement, Bobbie was a professor of nursing. Her heart belonged to New York City where she was a resident for most of her life. She enjoyed ballroom dancing and travelling to many countries. The love of Bobbie's life were her cats, and her interests included meditation and the therapeutic touch. She remained very active within her church and among her beloved friends. Bobbie is survived by her devoted cousins; Joyce Hobson and her husband George and Jean Reinert, all of Bridgeton. Bonnie Watson and her husband Gregg of Atlanta, GA, Debbie Saul and her husband Robert of New Port Richey, Fl. and Diane Collette Greenblatt of Cherry Hill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, March 4th at Sacred Heart Church, 1010 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
