Barbara Jean Sadler (née Thompson), age 80 of Vineland, NJ, passed away peacefully at Lincoln Specialty Care in Vineland on Tuesday, November 22, 2022.

Barbara was born in Woodbury Heights, NJ on January 7, 1942. She was a longtime resident of Bridgeton before residing in Vineland. Barbara enjoyed caring for her animals, playing cards, talking with neighbors, and relaxing with crossword puzzles. She will be best known for her gentle nature, her love for animals, and her caring heart.

Barbara is survived by her son, Scott Sadler of Vineland.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Sadler and her parents, Ervin Thompson and Dorothy Laute.

She will be forever loved and cherished by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 30th at 11:00 am from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, with Rev. Heather Sugden officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.

Family and friends may begin to gather from 10:00-11:00 AM, at the funeral home.
