Beverly Ann Brown, 76, passed peacefully in her home on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, surrounded by her loving daughters after a lengthy illness.

Beverly was born in Vineland, NJ on September 22, 1941 to the late Clarence E. and Bertha (McConnville) Parsons.  Her parents worked for Dahliadel Nurseries and her childhood was spent enjoying the beauty of the dahlia farms, which she later helped out with as she grew older.  Beverly previously worked with Aetna Insurance Co. and AIMS Training School as a secretary in the 60's and 70's.  She briefly worked as a school crossing guard before joining Acme Markets in 1998, where she worked until her retirement in 2016.

Beverly loved gardening, drawing and painting.  She was a talented artist and emjoyed working with oil paints, colored pencil and pastels.  Beverly loved the beach and spending time in Ocean City, NJ, which inspired many of her paintings.  During her retirement she enjoyed relaxing at home with her family and her cats.

Beverly is survived by her 2 daughters; Valerie and Tracy Brown of Vineland and her beloved fur-babies.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, Sept. 24th at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland.  Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.  Family and friends may gather from 10:00-11:00 am at the funeral home.
