Camillo V. Spina, age 94, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at home. Camillo was born at home in East Vineland to the late Mario C. and Emma (Parigi) Spina and was a life long resident of Vineland. At the young age of 15, he lost his dad and had to quit school to run the family farm with his mother. He taught himself how to weld and fix anything and everything that broke on the farm equipment. When the farm didn't cover the bills, he started his own Welding and Machine shop. After 35 years of running his own business, he went to work for the Vineland Developmental Center in August 1986 as a plumber steam fitter, Camillo retired in June 2002 from the Vineland Developmental Center. Camillo was on the board of directors at Vineland Developmental Center for one year and enjoyed coming back to be a part of those meetings. From 2002 till his passing, he lived in the home where he was born, with his son Robert.  Camillo fought a courageous battle with prostate cancer and heart disease.

Camillo enjoyed working in his shop after retirement, fixing anything and everything. He enjoyed both of his sons, no matter what they chose to do in life. Camillo is survived by his two sons, Michael A. Spina and wife Jozette and  Robert L. Spina, along with his sister Angela E. (Spina) Bruce, and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Family and friends may gather from 6:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
