Carlos J. Alvarez Cordero, age 46 of Vineland, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday,
February 12th, 2020 in Inspira Medical Center; Vineland NJ surrounded by his loving family.

Carlos was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to José Obdulio Alvarez and Carmen Cordero.
Although born in Arecibo he lived his teenage life in Lares, Puerto Rico. He migrated to the
United States in West Chester to live with his sister. He then went back to Puerto Rico when he
decided to move to Millville, NJ along with his mother. He has not returned to Puerto Rico since
then, he had been a resident of Cumberland County.
Carlos's passion was cars, he loved being under one and although his body did not allow him, he could never get away. He was very giving and caring to all people, even if he did not know them, he would outdo himself for anyone.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 10 years, Aide Alvarez, his son Carlos Jr., his daughter
Mayte and youngest son Cruz.

He was also predeceased by his mother and father and various brothers and sisters.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 19th at 11:00 am at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, with Pastor Scott Costa officiating. Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Family and friends may gather from 10:00-11:00 am at the funeral home.
