Carolyn F. Reeves, age 87, formerly of Vineland, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017 in Victoria Manor Nursing Home, North Cape May, New Jersey, where she had been a resident for several years.

Carolyn was born in Bridgeton, NJ on February 23, 1930 to the late Carrie (Viole) and Jonathan Reeves and she lived in Vineland most of her life.  She was a former member of First Baptist Church of Vineland.  Carolyn enjoyed all forms of classical music, opera performances, ballet and the theater. She enjoyed summers in Stone Harbor, NJ during her younger years. She also enjoyed collecting figurines.

She is survived by several cousins including  James Simons Jr., Wayne Simons, John H. Mead, Robert Hannan and her good friends Joan Bishop and Fern Mead.

Family and friends may gather on Thursday, August 10th 2017 from 9:00-10:00 AM from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Graveside funeral services will immediately follow at 11:00 AM in Fernwood Cemetery, 794 Shiloh Pike (Route 49) Bridgeton, NJ 08302
