Concepcion Franco, age 77 of Vineland, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born on December 8, 1942 to the late Teofilo and Juana Perez in Isabela, Puerto Rico, Concepcion was a resident of Collings Lakes for many years before moving to Vineland, NJ about 12 years ago. She was a skilled tailor and seamstress and employed by Burberry and retired from Castleford Tailors. Concepcion was a very loving, thoughtful and generous person. She truly cared for everyone she met. Concepcion was the best and most wonderful mother, grandmother and wife. She will always be loved and remembered and will forever remain in our hearts.

Concepcion is survived by her loving husband Ignacio Franco and her two beloved children; Mcgarrit Franco of Washington, DC and Mary Leon of Vineland, NJ. Her six cherished grandchildren; Jabez Rodriguez, Jaime Rodriguez, Noel Rodriguez, Kayla Leon, Briana Franco and Karina Franco and her great-granddaughter Paisley Rodriguez and Aniya. Along with her two sisters; Juana Moya and Carmen Carasquillo and four brothers; Victor Perez, Philipe Perez, Luis Perez and Enrique Perez.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am, on Friday, October 16, 2020 at Divine Mercy Parish, 23 W. Chestnut Ave. Vineland, NJ. Immediately following the Mass, Concepcion will be laid to rest Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 248 S. 1st Rd. Hammonton, NJ.
