Dominga Cruz, age 83, of Vineland, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

Dominga was employed at various chicken factories with her most recent employer being Vineland Kosher Poultry. She was a dedicated employee and enjoyed working.

Dominga also enjoyed cooking, gardening and the outdoors, but more than anything, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She cherished her children and grandchildren and enjoyed laughter.

Dominga was predeceased by the love of her life, her husband of over 40 years, Francisco Cruz; her parents, Gregorio Perez and Rafaela Vega; her brothers, Florencio Perez, Anastacio Perez, and Manuel Perez; and her sister, Nicolasa Cabello.

She is survived by her loving children, Dinara Reaves (Kofi Reaves), who was also her adoring and devoted caregiver, Francisco Cruz, Rolando Cruz (Annie Cruz), Belinda Lopez (Angel Rodriguez), Andres Lopez (Carmen Lopez), Michael Lopez, and Reynaldo Lopez. Dominga had 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Jose Perez, and many nieces and nephews.

Dominga's funeral service will be conducted on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave., Vineland, with her son, Pastor Rolando Cruz officiating. Family and friends may gather from 9:00-10:00 AM on Monday at the funeral home, prior to the service. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.

There will be a repass immediately following the burial at One Direction Church located at 217 NE Blvd, Vineland.
