Dorothy A. Foden, age 85 of Vineland, went to be with the Lord on Monday October 1, 2012 in SJ Healthcare, R.M.C. Vineland. Dorothy was born in Bronx, N.Y. to the late Charles and Edna F. (Mirthes) Damm and was a Vineland resident for most of her life. She served dutifully as a Pastor's wife for 20 years. Dorothy became a longtime Sears employee reaching the position of Assistant Store Manager in Vineland, where she retired in 1993. She enjoyed sharing time with her family, feeding the birds and the neighbor's cat. Dorothy was pre-deceased by her husband Rev. William E. Foden in 2000. Dorothy is survived by her 2 sons; William E.C. Foden of Vineland and Dr. Andrew J. Foden and wife Susanne of Yardville, NJ. Her daughter, Meredith A. Larcher and husband Tim of Vineland. 2 grandchildren; Drew W. Foden of Yardville and Julia A. Wilderman of New Brunswick, NJ. Also by her sister Florence Beffertt and husband James of Fayetteville, N.C. and many nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 with the Rev. Dr. Joseph Donchez officiating at Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6:00-8:00pm and again on Wednesday from 9:00-10:00am at the funeral home.
