Earl Clifford Donnelly, Sr., 91, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully Sunday September 14, 2025.
Earl, known to all as Cliff, is forever cherished and survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Catherine (Danna) Donnelly. His daughters, Cathi and Apryl (Mary); his son, Earl Clifford Jr.; his son-in-law, Joseph Conforti, his cherished grandchildren, Bethany Donnelly, Cord Platt, and Jessie Whitley (Mike); and his adored great-grandchildren, Lylah, Sophie, Charlotte, and Lacey. Cliff also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart.
He was predeceased by his parents, Burl and Jessie; his siblings, Ruth, Burl, and John; and his beloved daughter, Tammy Jo Donnelly Conforti.
Cliff had a long and distinguished career in senior management in the glass industry. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Vineland, where he served as an Elder and Assistant Pastor.
Cliff spent several years designing, creating and building his home, known as the Castle, where he showcased his passion for medieval furnishings.
Cliff was a loyal fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He spent many Sundays watching the game with friends and enjoying Joanne Parenti's game-day treats. He was an avid golfer and music was always a big part of his life. He played the saxophone and enjoyed preforming.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 10234 E. Landis Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private. Family and friends may gather from 5:00-6:00 PM on Tuesday, prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the First Presbyterian Church 800 E. Landis Ave., Vineland, NJ 08360 would be deeply appreciated.
