Elvin Reyes, age 58 of Vineland, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 31, 2021.

Elvin was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico on December 4, 1962 to Wilfredo Reyes and Nelida Ruiz. He was funny and outgoing. Elvin enjoyed salsa music and going fishing. He loved to share time with his family and friends.

Elvin is survived by his loving wife Teresita Caldero, his daughter Nadia Reyes and his sons; Alejandro Rivera and Isaed Rivera . His 7 grandchildren and his Father, Wilfredo Reyes and Stepmother Josefina from Minotola, sisters: Betsy DelValle (Juanquin) from Buena, Marysol Carde (Jorge) from Hammonton. Brother Wilfred Reyes (Cauleen) from Hammonton Mother, Nelida Ruiz and Stepfather Lalo Sotomayor (deceased) from Vineland, sisters: Neida Sotomayor from Vineland, Damaris from Vineland. Brother Carliston Sotomayor from Vineland, Anderson (deceased) and Leo, the second oldest.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 4th at 11:00 am by Rev. Nelson Rosa at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home. Family and friends may gather from 10:00-11:00 am, prior to the service. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
