Eva I. Quiles, age 93 of Vineland, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Cooper M.C. Camden. Born in Comerio, Puerto Rico to the late Jacinto and Teodosia (Berrios) Quiles, she was a resident of Vineland for the past 23 years. Eva previously was employed by the city of New York where she also resided. Eva was a member of Divine Mercy Parish and a homemaker who enjoyed bingo, the casinos, gardening and sewing. Most especially she loved to share time with her family. Eva is survived by her 6 sons; Ramon Lopez of N.Y.C., Felix Melendez of Puerto Rico, Luis Melendez of Florida, Lucas Melendez of Florida, Alberto Quiles of Vineland, NJ and Miguel Quiles of Puerto Rico. Her 3 daughters; Teddy Ortiz of Florida, Eva Lydia Reyes of Puerto Rico and Evelyn Gonzalez of Vineland, NJ. She is also survived by her brother Angel Luis Quiles of Puerto Rico, 23 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held on Thursday evening, March 5th at 8:00 pm at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, NJ.
