Felicita Toro Rodriguez, age 82 of Vineland, passed away on December 29, 2018.

Felicita was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico to the late Juan Toro and Victoria Nevarez on January 7, 1936.  She made her home in Vineland with her late husband Wilfredo Rodriguez Sr. and worked as a laundry attendant with the former Newcomb Hospital of Vineland.  Felicita was a devoted Christian and attended various churches throughout the Vineland community.  Mrs. Rodriguez also attended the Inspira Life Center where she loved to mingle with the fellow members and enjoyed playing Dominos.

Felicita is survived by her 4 children; Wilfredo Rodriguez and wife Elizabeth, Evelyn Davis and husband Dennis, Angelo Rodriguez and wife Maritza, and Marilyn Rodriguez.  Along with her 6 beloved grandchildren; Lee Rodriguez, Jarrita Maldonado, Freddie Freddie Rodriguez, Jazzmil Torres, Ritzy Viera and Luana Jones, whom all loved and knew her best as "Mama Fela".  She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, her sister Petra Perez and husband Mario and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday (today), Jan. 3rd  at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland.  Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.  The viewing is from 10:00-11:00 am, prior to the service at the funeral home.
