Francisco G. Montero, age 61 of Woodbine, went to be with the Lord Sunday, November 25th in Cooper Medical Center, Camden, surrounded by his loving family. Francisco was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico to the late Toribio and Julia (Gonzalez) Montero and lived in Woodbine most of his life. He was employed by Kel Tix Manufacturing of Ocean View. He enjoyed cooking and had a great sense of humor. Francisco was an active member of the Puerto Rican Action Committee of Woodbine. Survivors include six brothers, Jose Montero and his wife Gilda of Whitesboro, Ramon Montero and his wife Neida of Vineland, Juan Montero of Vineland, Sergio Montero of Woodbine, Efrain Montero of Arizona and Emmanuel Montero of Woodbine. Four sisters, Ana Gonzalez of Minotola, Awilda Montero of Woodbine, Felicita Montero and Concepcion Caminero, both of Yuco, P.R. Also 19 nieces and 15 nephews and many cousins. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 29th at 11:00 am from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
