Frank Vincent Marone, age 84 of Vineland, began his journey into Eternal Life on the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, Sunday May 29 ^th 2016 in Inspira Medical Center, Vineland.

Frank was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa., to the late Vincenzo and Carmella (Patitucci) Marone and lived in Vineland since 1959.  Frank served his country in the United States Navy in special services, it was there that after winning a Guitar Performance Competition, Frank went on to appear on the Ed Sullivan Show in 1956.  Prior to retirement, he was employed as a Service Technician for Sears Co. of Vineland for over 34 years. Frank was the local business owner of M & M Music Company, which he founded in 1960, now operated by his son, Jim.  He was a member of Padre Pio Parish, Our Lady of Pompeii Church of Vineland. Previously he played guitar at Masses for both, St. Francis of Assisi Church and Sacred Heart Church. He used his music to do many charitable endeavors throughout the greater Vineland community.  He was a member of the Men of Malvern Catholic Retreat House for 60 years. Frank enjoyed playing practical jokes with his family and friends and especially his grandchildren, whom called him "Pop Pop".

Survivors include his loving wife of 56 years, Carmella "Dolly" (Lamanteer) Marone of Vineland. One son, Jim V. Marone (Lucia) of Vineland and three daughters, Saralyn Bergamo (Ed) of Vineland, Carol M. Martinelli (Michael) of Albany, NY and Tonia Bergamo (Paul) of Vineland.

Two brothers, Henry Marone (Linda) of CMCH, and Albert Marone (Rosemarie) of Harrisburg, Pa., and two sisters, Rosemarie Ploucher of Williamstown and Anne Ianni (Thomas) of Vineland. Also Eleven grandchildren, Michael Bergamo (Sara), Edward Bergamo, Daniel Bergamo, Nicholas Bergamo, Michael Brian Martinelli, Christina Martinelli, Stephen Martinelli, Micah Marone, Sarina Marone, Paul Bergamo and Francis Bergamo.

Funeral liturgy will be held Thursday, June 2 ^nd 2016 at 10:30 AM from Padre Pio Parish, Our Lady of Pompeii Church 4680 Dante Ave. Vineland. Entombment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Garden Mausoleum, Vineland.  Visitation hours are Wednesday from 5:00-9:00 PM and again on Thursday from 8:30-9:30 AM from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland.
