Gerald "Jerry" G. Powell Jr., age 47 of Millville, went to be with the Lord on Monday May 26, 2014 at home. Jerry was born in Bridgeton to Gerald G. and Betty (Parkhurst) Powell Sr., he was a Millville resident the past 20 years. Jerry was the co-owner of Budget Auto Care Center of Vineland for 17 years. He was a member of Solid Rock Worship Center of Landisville and enjoyed sharing time with his family and friends. Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 5 years, Loreley Powell of Millville. His 2 sons; Andrew J. Powell and Kurt Alec Powell. He is also survived by his parents and his sister, Beth Sapello and husband John of Buena, along with his 2 nieces, Sara and Emily Sapello. Jerry was predeceased by papa Coco Romero in 2011. A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 31, 2014 at 10:30 am at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, with Pastor James Bradford officiating. Inurnment will follow in Old Stone Church Cemetery, Fairton, NJ. Family and friends may gather beginning at 9:30 am at the funeral home.
