Gloria I. Kendall (nee Milane), of Pittsgrove, NJ, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2024, at the age of 82.

Born in Staten Island, N.Y.  She was the daughter of the late Charles Sr. and Fannie Milane (nee Cutting). The beloved wife of the late George H. Kendall Sr. and devoted mother of Todd Kendall, Teddy Kendall, and Debbie Dixon (Bill Jr.). Cherished sister of Elizabeth Collins, Veronica Sherwood, and Patricia Bown (Bob Simpkins). Loving grandmother to 7; Bill Dixon III (Stephanie), Brian Dixon (Jenn), Steven Dixon (Carrie) Noel Battistelli (Will), Kara Kendall, Regan Kendall and Georgie Kendall.  15 Great-Grandchildren and 9 Great-Great Grandchildren. And many, many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband George H. Kendall Sr., her 3 Brothers: Charles Jr., Robert, & Georgie Milane and by her adored daughter in-law Lori Kendall.

Known as everybody's Aunt Sis, everyone was family to Gloria, including raising her sister Elizabeth as if she were her own daughter. Her passion for giving surpassed her own self.  Gloria adored and loved so many pets over the years and had a great passion for riding horses in her youth. She was a seamstress by trade but found her perfect retirement job driving the school bus for special needs children. Aunt Sis loved each and every student on her routes, and she would quickly become their aunt Sis too. She loved spending time at home in her favorite chair and enjoyed all the holiday festivities, year after year, surrounded by her large family.

With much gratitude to Linda Jean Selover, Gloria spent her final days in loving care at Autumn Lake Health Care, surrounded by wonderful caretakers (Debbie was her favorite) and looked forward each day to see her devoted niece Cindy Bacigalupo, her guardian angel, to look in after her.

A memorial service will be held at 3:30 pm on Saturday, August 17th at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Family and friends may gather at 3:00 pm, prior to the service. Interment will be private.
