Gloria C. (Girone) Miller, age 81 of Minotola formerly of Vineland passed away Monday, May 18th 2015 at home, surrounded by her loving family. Gloria was born in Vineland to the late Anthony and Christina (Talone) Girone and was a resident of Vineland and Richland prior to moving to Minotola. She was member of Divine Mercy Parish (St. Francis Church) of Vineland and served as member of the Parish Council and C.C.D. secretary and Lector. She also was the group leader of the fund raising committee for the church. Prior to retirement, Gloria was manager of Weight Watchers of North Jersey for 20 years. She was president of the Residence Action Committee of Parkview Gardens Retirement Community and also treasurer of Parkview Gardens Auxiliary. Gloria was predeceased by her husband David M. Miller Sr. in 1997. Survivors include two sons, David M. Miller Jr. and his wife Lisa of Vineland, and Timothy Miller and companion Billie Carpenter of Newfield. Two grandchildren, Nicole Granato and her husband Arthur of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Christina Lombardo of Pitman, and also four great-grandchildren. Funeral liturgy will be held Friday, May 22nd 2015 at 11:00 AM from Divine Mercy Parish (St. Francis Church) 23 W. Chestnut Ave. Vineland with Monsgr. Dominic Bottino officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Visitation will be held Friday 10:00-11:00 AM at the Church. In lieu of flowers, donations in Gloria's memory may be made to the church.
