Hannelore "Lore" (Neiss) Frame, age 62 of Williamstown, formerly of Vineland, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020 at home.

Born in Vineland, NJ to the late Rudolph and Augustine (Schmidt) Neiss, Lore was a graduate of Vineland High School with the Class of 1975. Lore had excellent accounting skills and was employed as a bookkeeper with various transportation companies in the area. She loved cats, rescuing many from shelters and enjoyed cooking, reading and creating stained glass art.

Lore is survived by her two brothers; Werner Neiss and his wife Carol of Newfield and Peter Neiss of Estelle Manor. Along with her nieces and nephews; Tracy Neiss, Toni Bailey, Micheal Neiss, Ray Neiss and Lauren Townsend.

Funeral services are private.

As Lore cared so deeply for rescuing cats and her love of animals, donations in her memory may be made to the South Jersey Regional Animal Shelte, 1244 N. Delsea Dr. Vineland, NJ 08360.
