Harry G. Nylund passed away on February 10, 2021 at Inspira Hospital Vineland from complications of COVID-19.

Harry was born in Detroit Michigan in 1928, moving to Vineland with his parents in 1940. Since then, Harry had been a lifelong resident of Vineland NJ. Harry was the son of the late George and Aina Nylund.

Harry is survived by his sons Robert (Kathleen), Douglas (Peggy) and daughter Deborah Morton (Rob Askins) of Atlanta Georgia, grandsons, James and Jacob Morton, granddaughter Melissa Kennedy of Florida and great grandson Shawn Watkins (Melanie) and cousin Rune Jacobson (Carolyn) of Pa., as well as extended family in the U. S. Sweden and Finland. Harry was pre-deceased by his Wife of 66 years Nancy Nylund (2018), son Karl Nylund (1990) and Brother C.J. Nylund (2020) of Macon Ga.

He was a graduate of White Plains Technical School and served in the U.S Army in the Korean War. Harry then formed his business in real estate and home building, owning Nylund Realtors for over 55 years.

Harry was a lifelong member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Vineland. He enjoyed working in the Real Estate Business and enjoyed spending time at the Jersey shore and visiting his grandchildren.

The family wishes to thank the nurses at Inspira Hospital for their compassionate care of Harry during this difficult time, as well as his care giver Kwame who was a great support for Harry.

The viewing and funeral service will be held privately at Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home. Harry will be laid to rest in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.
