Hazel L. Kostok, age 58 of Vineland, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2012 at home, surrounded by her loving family. Hazel was born in Vineland to the late Henry Rico and Mary (Carter) Battistella and was a lifelong Vineland resident. Hazel was a Beautician for Contemporary Hair Designs of Millville for many years. She was also a homemaker and enjoyed sharing time with her family. She loved cooking, going to flea markets and playing computer games. Survivors include her life partner, Thomas "Tom" Siciliano, son, William "Mike" M. Kostok (Kim) and daughter, Jamie L. Kostok (Scott) all of Vineland. Brother, Richard Battistella (Lillian) of Millville and sister, Virginia Battistella of Vineland and granddaughter, Alana Kostok at home. Also by her uncle Peter Battistella of Vineland and her aunt Cecelia Maines of Millville. Funeral services and inurnment will be private.
