Hector Cordero, 64, of Vineland, NJ, transitioned into eternal life on July 25, 2021.

Born in Hammonton, NJ, on August 7, 1956. He was the son of the late Jose Cordero and Carmen Baez-Colon, and Step-Son of the late Ponce Colon. He was known for his charisma, fun loving personality, and his sense of humor. He was loved by everyone for his caring ways. Hector was extremely talented in the game of pool and was well known for his swiftness on the pool table.

He is deeply missed by all those who love him including his daughters, Carmen Gonzalez and Jamie Cordero. Grandchildren; Nelson Gonzalez, Elydia Amor, Brian Joseph, Amaya Joseph and Briana Ayala. Great grandchildren; Samir and Analya Torres. Mother; Carmen Baez- Colon. Sisters; Judith Cordero, Nilda Melendez, Miriam Claudio and Elizabeth Rivera. Brother; Joseph Cordero.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 29th at 7:00 pm at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, with Pastor Bolivar Guadalupe officiating. Family and friends may gather on Thursday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Interment will be private.
