Hector Salva Sr. age 83 of Vineland, NJ, passed on to be with our Lord and Savior on November 20th, 2021.

Hector was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico and moved to Vineland, NJ in 1960 where he and his wife raised their family. He worked at Green Giant for many years and later became an owner/operator of a Vineland Yellow Cab until his retirement. He was a faithful member of the Vineland Spanish Assembly of God church on 3rd and Quince St.

Hector is survived by his two sons Hector Salva Jr. and Marcos Ramos, two grandsons Hector Salva III and Andrew Ramos, three granddaughters Pamela Sturm(Charlie), Rebecca Salva, and Isabella Ramos, and two great grandchildren Anaisa Salva and Matthew Sturm.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 27th at 10:00 am at the Chestnut Assembly of God Church, 2554 E. Chestnut Ave. Vineland, with Pastor Tony Cotto officiating. Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Family and friends may gather for the viewing on Friday evening from 6:00-9:00 pm at the Church and also on Saturday morning from 9:00-10:00, prior to the service.
