Helen B. (Hackett) Wolf, age 96 of Vineland, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at Bishop McCarthy Residence, Vineland.

Helen was born in Egg Harbor City to the late John and Helen (Gocek) Hackett and was a resident of Vineland for most of her life.  She and her late husband Harry owned and operated Wolf's Liquor Store on N. Delsea Drive in Vineland for over 35 years.  Helen dedicated her life work to children with disabilities thru volunteering with the Evanoff Center and the Special Olympics.  She was a member of the Redeemer Luther Church of Vineland and enjoyed cooking, baking, picnics with the family and gardening.  Helen loved her lilies and was at her happiest while sharing time with her family and friends.

Helen was predeceased by her husband Harry R. Wolf Sr. and her son Harry R. Wolf Jr.

Helen is survived by her three loving children; Carole Binkley and husband Don, Gilbert V. Wolf and wife Rosalie and Irene D. Wolf, all of Vineland and daughter-in-law Donna Wolf of Hammonton, also  her 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by her sister Betty Keeter of Detroit, MI.  and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 30th at 11:00 am at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, with Rev. Karen W. Bernhardt officiating.  Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery.  Family and friends may gather from 10:00 - 11:00 am at the funeral home.
