Hiram Soto Santiago, age 65 of Vineland passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Ispira Medical Center of Vineland. He was born on August 21, 1958 to Ismael Soto and Confesora Santiago in Penuelas, Puerto Rico.

Hiram worked at Progresso for many years before leaving to start a career at Millville Housing Authority. He worked there for over 25 years before retiring in 2021.

He was a loving father, husband, son, brother and grandfather to many. Hiram was a loving, kind and hardworking man who helped anyone he could. He enjoyed spending time with his family and playing solitaire on his phone.

He was predeceased by his parents Ismael and Confesora, his brothers Ramon, Ruben and Armando and his sister Bethsaida.

He is lovingly survived by his wife Amelia Soto, his sons Ismael and Hector Soto, his daughter Neiza Soto, and his brothers and sisters. He was blessed with 5 grandchildren.

Family and friends may gather for a memorial service on Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm at Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home,1024 E. Landis Ave Vineland New Jersey.
