Irma Bordoy, age 61 of Vineland, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. Irma was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico to Onelia (Herena ) and the late Armando Bordoy and was a resident of Vineland for most of her life. Prior to retirement, she worked as a presser for Millville Laundry and Dry Cleaners for over 15 years. Irma enjoyed music, dancing and was known as a very outgoing person. She was always studying the word of God. Irma is survived by her mother Onelia Bordoy of Vineland. Her son, Jose Diaz and wife Maria, 2 daughters; Maria Montalvo-Kaslon and husband Michael and Natasha Sanchez and husband Edwin, all of Vineland. 15 grandchildren; Juan, Ebony, Edwin, Shawn, Michelle, Orlando, Mariah, Joey, Shaniah, Nicole, Lexus, Jason, Justin, Monica and Sam. 9 great-grandchildren and 2 brothers; Tomas Bordoy of Millville and William Bordoy of Vineland, 2 sisters; Laida Spicer of CA. and Norma Acosta and husband Efrain of Vineland, and brother-in-law Miguel Casiano of Bridgeton. Irma was predeceased by her sister Arcilia Casiano. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, January 7th at Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland.
