Jorge Ivan Montalvo, age 75 of Vineland, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 20, 2025 at home, surrounded by his loving family.

Jorge was born in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico to the late Santo Montalvo and Alba Rodriguez and has been a resident of Vineland for the last 17 years. Prior to his retirement he worked as a machine operator. Jorge enjoyed listening to music and sharing time with family and friends.

He was predeceased by his brother Tomas Montalvo.

Jorge is survived by his 3 children; Jorge I. Montalvo, Jorge L. Montalvo and Aida Luz Montalvo. Along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 25th at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. The viewing will begin at 10:00 am. Following the service, Jorge will be laid to rest in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.

Arrangements are in the care of Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, Vineland.

Jorge Iván Montalvo, de 75 años y residente de Vineland, falleció pacíficamente el viernes 20 de junio de 2025 en su hogar, rodeado de su amorosa familia.

Jorge nació en Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, hijo de los difuntos Santo Montalvo y Alba Rodríguez, y ha residido en Vineland durante los últimos 17 años. Antes de jubilarse, trabajó como operador de maquinaria. Jorge disfrutaba escuchando música y compartiendo tiempo con familiares y amigos.

Le precedió en la muerte su hermano Tomás Montalvo.

A Jorge le sobreviven sus tres hijos: Jorge I. Montalvo, Jorge L. Montalvo y Aida Luz Montalvo, así como numerosos nietos y bisnietos.

El funeral se llevará a cabo a las 11:00 a. m. del miércoles 25 de junio en la Funeraria Wainwright-Bernhardt, ubicada en 1024 E. Landis Ave., Vineland. El velatorio comenzará a las 10:00 a. m. Tras el servicio, Jorge será enterrado en el Cementerio Siloam de Vineland.
