Jorge Rodriguez "Chubby" age 60 of New York City, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 19, 2017,after having complications with diabetes and other chronic illness.

Born to Ramona Torres and Jorge Rodriguez SR, he lived in Vineland for many years. Traveling back & forth between N.Y. & N.J., Chubby worked as a vendor in the N.Y.C. stadiums for many years.  He loved the Lord and was always spreading the good word. Chubby loved spending time with his family and friends, traveling and was an all around sports lover. He hustled to stay close to the Lord, he hustled to provide for his family and he hustled to keep his life right.

He was predeceased by his mother Ramona Torres-DeJesus and sister Martha Malave.

Chubby is survived by sister Pola Hernandez of TX., his brother Miguel DeJesus of FL.  His children Jessica of NJ & Andre Rodriguez of OH. along with his 3 grandchildren, Jayden, Julius and Victor Jr.  He is also survived by his nieces; Sandra, Belinda, Shameka andYolanda and nephews Miguel III, Anthony "TJ", Orlando, Mikey and Matthew and many great-nieces, nephews, cousins, and many good friends.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday Nov. 29th from 6:00-8:00 pm, with a service beginning at 7:00 pm at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland.  Interment will be private.
