Jose L. Centeno, age 58 of Vineland, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021.

Jose, also known as "Chino", was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on December 12, 1962. He was a lifelong resident of Vineland, New Jersey.  Jose's favorite hobby was fishing and he also enjoyed riding bikes.

He was predeceased by his mother Herminia Rosado, his father Jose Luis Centeno and by his brother Eliseo Centeno.

Jose is survived by six brothers; Heriberto Centeno, Angel Centeno, Carlos Centeno, Efrain Centeno, Michael Rosado and Alexander Centeno.  His two sisters; Migdalia Centeno and Jeanette Vega.  Jose is also survived by his only daughter, Gina Centeno and his two grandchildren; Matthew Centeno and Gianni Guadalupe, along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and uncles and aunts.

Jose was a friendly person and will be greatly missed by those who loved him.

The viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, from 6:00-8:00 pm. A service of remembrance will begin at 7:00 pm.  Interment will be private.
