Jose Ramon Rivera

Jose Ramon Rivera, 86, of Vineland, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at Bishop McCarthy Residence. Born in Cayey, Puerto Rico, to the late Arcadio and Rafaela (Rodriguez) Rivera, Jose made Vineland his home for most of his life. Before retiring, he served as an armed security guard in Puerto Rico. He cherished playing dominoes and spending time with his family.

Preceded in death by his brother Francisco and sister Lucy Rivera, Jose is survived by seven siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Friday, August 7th, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, Vineland, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 am. Following the service, Jose will be laid to rest in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
