Joseph Anthony Marino Jr. age 75 (formerly of Vineland) passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2015 in Summerfield, Fla. after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Vineland, NJ to the late Joseph Anthony and Julia (Garbarino) Marino Sr. and lived in Vineland most of his life before moving to Florida. Joe began his work life in retail sales and later went into car sales. He served in the National Guard for six years as a tank commander. He loved to work around the house and yard and to have special projects. Later in life he fell in love with golf and enjoyed many golf trips to Canada, Maine and Myrtle Beach. He enjoyed watching the ball games at Del Webb and was a favorite with the female players. He loved to laugh especially at bad jokes. He was a very loving man, always ready with a hug and a kiss. He will be sorely missed. Joe was predeceased by his wife of 37 years, June Walker Marino and his sister Marylou Massaro. He is survived by his wife Bonnie Hood Marino, his daughter Jodi Kondracki (Robert) and son Joseph Anthony Marino III, grandchildren Ryan, Christopher, Robert, Joseph Anthony IV, Lindsay, Samuel and nieces, Julie Allen (Kevin), Sandy Casiano (Jay), cousins John Quinesso Sr., John Quinesso Jr. and Joseph Garbarino (Becky). Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland.
