Joseph F. Reinhardt Jr., age 87 of Vineland, died on January 26, 2016 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland.

Born in Riverton, N.J. to the late Joseph F. and Sophie (Kolanski) Reinhard Sr., Joseph was raised in West Chester, PA, where he graduated from West Chester High School.  The family relocated to New Jersey, where his career started with New Jersey Bell Telephone, retiring as a manager in 1983 with over 37 years of service.

Joseph was an avid deep sea fisherman and enjoyed many hours piloting his boat, the ESCAPE.  He was also an avid fan of all Philadelphia sports teams.  Following his retirement, Joseph and his wife traveled extensively in Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, China, Australia and New Zealand.  In addition to enjoying many cruises around the world.

Joseph was predeceased by his son Alan R. Reinhardt.

Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Barbara (Tolbert) Reinhardt and his son, Glenn Reinhardt, both of Vineland.  He is also survived by his former daughter-in-law Elizabeth Whitehead and her husband Kevin, of Glassboro, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Joseph's funeral service will be held on Monday, Feb. 1 st at 11:00 am at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland.  Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery.  The viewing will be held on Monday from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the Funeral Home.
