Joseph M. Silva Sr. age 58 of Vineland, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 9, 2014 in Cooper Medical Center, Camden. Joseph was born in Bronx, N.Y. to Manuel Ruben Silva and Mary L. (Marrero) and lived in Vineland most of his life. He was a member of New Life Church of Millville. Prior to retirement, he was a Master Carpenter for Fabbri Construction of Vineland. He enjoyed sharing time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Survivors include his loving wife of 38 years, Evelyn (Roman) Silva, two sons, Joseph M. Silva Jr. and his wife Jessica and Andre J. Silva, all of Vineland. One daughter, Jennifer M. Bermudez and her husband Samuel of Tampa, Fla. Also his mother, Mary L. Marrero of Bridgeton, seven grandchildren, three brothers, Anthony Rodriguez and Ray Cintron, both of Vineland and Samuel Silva of Lamont, Pa. and two sisters in Puerto Rico. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 14th at 11:00 AM from New Life Church 201 Bluebird Lane, Millville. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.
