Julio A. Lugo, age 49 of Mays Landing, went to heaven and joined the Lord on June 29th, 2022. Julio was born and raised in Atlantic City.

Julio enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. Loved being around his family and grandchildren. He will forever be remembered for his big heart, always lending a helping hand in some way and his contagious laugh because he loved making jokes. But most of all his immense love for his family.

He is predeceased by his mother Miriam Santos. Survived by his father Luis (Colleen) Lugo, brothers Luis Lugo and Jose (Maria) Lugo, and step sister Elizabeth Rush. He was a beloved Father to Julissa (Joseph) D'Alonzo and Melissa (Chad) Santiago. Julio was a grandfather to Avianna, Joseph Jr, Rosemarie, Isabel and Gladys. Nieces, Lynda Lugo, Marina Lugo, and nephews Caleb and Roman.

Family and friends are welcomed to Celebrate Julio's Life at Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 5th from 6-8pm. Interment will be private.
