Our dear mother Kate L. Riggione, of Vineland, transitioned on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at the age of 97. She was a wonderful mother to many and was always there when there was need. She had many friends and was a well-loved member of the community in Vineland, New Jersey. She volunteered for many years as a member of the local community soup kitchen, did hospice work and as well as for many other projects. Because of her devotion to others, one organization named her New Jersey woman of the year.

Kate and her late husband Tommy were owner/operators of Coldwell Banker Real Estate in Vineland for many years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Vineland.

Kate was predeceased by her husband Tommy Riggione and two of her children Amy Beth McGlynn and Paul Richard Cohen (Lila).

She is survived by her son Jonathan Cohen (Shari) surrogate daughters Renee Martin-Gould (Liam) and Diane Strocyk, her stepsons Mario (Leslie) and Kenny Riggione and her grandchildren Joel McGlynn (Carrie), Rachel McGlynn, Gaia Landau-Williams (Mash), Ben Gould, Isaac Strocyk, Stephen Troup (Marissa), Vincent Riggione, Vivian Riggione, Beni Downs-Cohen and Vanessa Downs-Cohen.

Kate's Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 800 E. Landis Avenue, Vineland, NJ, on Friday, November 27th at 1PM. It will also celebrate the life of her predeceased husband Tommy. Family and friends may gather 30 minutes prior to her ceremony. Refreshments will be served at the completion of the Celebration.
