Laurel Lee Nealer-Hasenfus, 66, of Buena Vista Township, New Jersey, passed away on October 3rd, 2021.

She was born to parents Gilbert Nealer and Laurel (Nee Dirkes), on October 9th, 1955 in Camden, New Jersey. She was the eldest of 4 siblings: Her Brother, Noe Nealer, and two sisters Pamela and Martha Nealer.

Laurel graduated from Sterling Regional Highschool in 1973 and went on to study Art Studies at Glassboro State College (Rowan).  Laurel worked several jobs, but was known best as a Card Dealer for several casinos in Atlantic City (primarily Ballys) for 11 years, where she retired in 2010.  She loved all animals, enjoyed living next to a farm, crafts, spending time with her grandkids, and keeping in touch with her loved ones through Facebook.

Laurel was married to Cliff Hasenfus who passed away in July 2020. They were married on June 20th, 2010 in Atlantic City, NJ.

Laurel is survived by her son, Gilbert Gonzalez and her 2 daughters; Heather Nealer and Amber Gonzalez. Along with her grandson David Rosado and granddaughter Samarah Moris.

A small private service will be held by the family. Further details will be provided to those invited.
