Leslie Anne Herbert was born on September 9th, 1959 at Newcomb hospital in Vineland New Jersey. She was raised in Collings Lakes along with her four siblings of which she was the eldest girl. She preceded both parents Elizabeth and Robert Bowers. Her two brothers Kenny and Bobby Bowers along with Nephew Michael Mattucchi and eldest Daughter Paige Marie Herbert.

Leslie passed away peacefully on May 13th 2022 at Penn Medicine University Hospital in Philadelphia PA.

She is survived by her two sisters Ruth Mattucchi and Linda Gradia. She is also survived by her daughter Lacie Anne Higgins, son-in-law Chris and Grandchildren Logan, Christopher, Daniel and Elisabeth Higgins.

She worked for Penn Medicine Medical billing department for many years. Leslie enjoyed laughter and hanging out with her friends and family, along with going to church to worship the Lord. She loved her Led Zepplin and Christian music. She enjoyed her adventures to Sight and Sound Theatre with her best friend Clare Marolda. Leslie had a great sense of humor and could always make your smile. She was and will always be an excellent Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Friend.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 21st at 3:00 pm at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 East Landis Avenue, Vineland, NJ. Family and friends may gather from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at the funeral home.

I want to thank both the Hospital and the funeral home for taking such good care of Leslie Anne Herbert. Also, I would like to thank everyone for attending and for sharing a part of my Mother's life while we were able to have her. She was a beautiful woman with a very warm soul. She will forever hold a special place in all of our hearts.
