Lillian Louise "Peaches" (nee McClane) Glenn, age 83 of Millville, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at home. She was surrounded by her beloved husband of 59 years, Dr. George P. Glenn Jr. and her two sons, George III and James Glenn. Lillian was an active participant at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Philadelphia, Pa. She married George in 1952 and moved with him to Vineland to open his new orthopedic practice. Lillian was his office manager for 40 years until she retired. Lillian and her family enjoyed sailing throughout the world together. Her fondest memories were vacationing with her family in Ocean City, she loved her beach, her ocean and her friends, family and dogs. Funeral services will be at 11:00am on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, with Rev. Gary Stiegler officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Viewing will be on Monday evening from 6:00 - 9:00 pm and again on Tuesday from 10:00 - 11:00am at the Funeral Home. Relatives and friends are invited to join the Glenn family at their Millville residence immediately following the burial.
