Linda (DeMarco) Nordberg, age 69, of Buena passed away after a long illness on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at home, surrounded by her family. Linda was born in Camden to the late John and Mary R. (Dominic) DeMarco and lived in Buena most of her life. She graduated from Clayton High School Class of 1963. Linda married the love of her life, Gunnar E. Nordberg, on August 12, 1967. Linda was a member of Malaga Assembly of God Church, Malaga. Many nieces and nephews have fond memories of spending countless hours at Aunt Linda and Uncle Gunnar's house. She always remembered to send cards to family and friends and made herself available when needed for others. Linda was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, the outdoors, surf fishing and sharing time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Linda was predeceased by her son Gunnar N. and brother John DeMarco Jr. Survivors include her loving husband of 47 years Gunnar E. Nordberg of Buena and daughter Carrie Lynn Mason and her husband George of Buena. Daughter-in-law Janet N. of Palmyra, NJ and four grandchildren Shane Alden Sibert, Gareth Orion N., George Emmanuelle Mason IV and Vanien Nathaniel N. Also one brother, Richard DeMarco and his wife Janet of Franklinville and two sisters, Ann Harris and her husband Robert of Clayton and Patricia Parisi and her husband Daniel of Pennsylvania and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 15, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 PM from the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland.
