IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Louis
Cecere
September 17, 1941 – April 17, 2020
On April 17, 2020 Louis Cecere, 78, passed away peacefully after his hard fought battle with cancer as family was by his side.
Born in Vineland, NJ Lou was self-employed as the owner of Cedarville House Raisers. He later retired from the business and went on driving tractor trailer for Pipco in Rosenhayn, NJ. Lou was an excellent mechanic, but his real passion in life was playing country, gospel, and blue grass music. He shared this passion with his eldest son Lou. Lou played steel guitar and bass guitar, and made many friends as a musician. Louis also loved old cars, westerns and telling stories of the past.
Lou will always be remembered for his humor, kindness and always being so personable.
Lou was the Eldest son of Carlo and Alice nee Keane Cecere.
Lou is survived by his loving wife Sherry Carrubba - Cecere (nee Marshall). His Sons, Louis and Cary Sr., His Grandson and Adoptive Son Cary JR., Stepson Anthony Carrubba, JR., Stepdaughter Shannon Pruchnik, Grandchildren; Anthony 3rd, and Caitlin Carrubba and by his Sister Francis Harris, two Brothers Ed and John Cecere, as well as many nieces and nephews.
At this time, for the loving protection of our family and friends we will have a memorial service at a later date, and notify all through social media.
Arrangements are in the care of Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, Vineland.
