Lucy Baker, age 91, of Vineland, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Landisville, NJ, to the late Anthony and Lena (Grimaldi) Trommello, Lucy dedicated most of her life to the Vineland community. She was a cherished member of Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, St. Isidore's Church. Lucy had a zest for life, enjoying trips to the casinos and relishing moments spent with family and friends.

Lucy was predeceased by her husband, John R. Baker, her dear daughter, Susan M. Barruzza, and her son-in-law, Marcus Mattioli Jr. She also joins eight siblings in eternal rest.

Lucy leaves behind her two devoted daughters, Tammy A. Williams and her husband Don, and Kelli Mattioli, all of Vineland. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Michael Barruzza of Vineland, along with six adoring grandchildren: Matthew Williams and his wife Dana, Sara Paciocco and her husband Joseph, John Barruzza, Marcus Mattioli III and his partner Javier Cordero, Timothy Williams, and Anthony Mattioli. Additionally, Lucy was blessed with two great-grandchildren, Corrado and Lucy Paciocco.

A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, Sacred Heart Church, 1010 E. Landis Ave., Vineland. The viewing will commence at 10:00 AM at the church. After the Mass, Lucy will be laid to rest in Our Lady of Victories Cemetery in Landisville.

Lucy's spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she loved. Her warmth, kindness, and laughter will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
