Lydia E. Morales-Rivera, age 87, of Vineland, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at Bishop McCarthy Residence in Vineland.

Born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, Lydia was the beloved daughter of the late Oscar and Josefa (Rivera) Morales. She had been a resident of Vineland since 1993. Lydia was a devoted member of Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish, Our Lady of Victories Church. As a housewife, she cherished singing, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.

She was predeceased by her husband, Julio Rosado, her daughters, Lydia Rosado and Judy Rosado, and her grandson, Jose M. Gonzalez.

Lydia is survived by her son, Julio Rosado and his wife Rosa DeJesus of Beaumont, TX, her daughter, Rosa Rosado of Canton, GA, and her sister, Maritza Rodriguez and her husband Andres of Vineland. She also leaves behind 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Family and friends are invited to gather from 10:00-11:00 AM on Monday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lydia may be made to her family, in care of Rosa Rosado.
