Magda Evelyn Beltran

Evelyn Beltran, born on February 15, 1965, entered into her rest in the Lord after a life marked by love, joy, and deep faith. She was the beloved wife of Juan Beltran, devoted mother to Omar Beltran and his wife Caitlin, and cherished grandmother to her precious grandson Bryce, who brought her endless delight.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, Jesús & Hermenegilda “Hilda” Echevarria, whose memory she honored throughout her life. She was one of nine siblings, each of whom held a special place in her heart: Cristobal, Bert (Elsa), Sam (Ana), Hilda (Beny), Doris (Willie), Frank (Sandra), Robert (Yvette), and Moises (Elba). She was also a loving aunt to sixteen nieces and nephews, as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom felt her affection and playful spirit.

Evelyn loved openly and will always be remembered for the way she expressed that love so freely. She gave hugs that melted worries, spoke words that lifted spirits, and offered small acts of kindness that made others feel seen and valued. She listened with genuine interest, protecting and encouraging her family through every season of life. She celebrated victories, comforted in sorrow, and created unity wherever she went. Her warmth, patience, and compassion were the glue that held many hearts together.

Living a life filled with music, laughter, and joy, Evelyn had a song for everything. She could turn simple phrases into melodies that made everyone laugh. Music was her language of emotion, and she used it to bring light into any room. She was a natural jokester, known for her playful teasing, funny stories, and signature phrases that the family will repeat for years to come. Even in stressful or sad moments, she knew how to lift the atmosphere with humor and tenderness.

A lover of nature and simple beauty, she found peace outdoors in the fresh air, beneath the trees, and in quiet moments. She made camping unforgettable, preparing food over the fire, organizing little adventures, or simply enjoying the sounds of the night. She created lasting traditions through her favorite campsites, morning routines, and special outdoor meals, finding pure joy in simplicity and the beauty of being together.

She also possessed a beautiful spirit of adventure. Vacations were among Evelyn’s greatest joys. She brought excitement to every trip by planning, joking, and making sure everyone had fun. For her, travel was family time with moments to bond, laugh, and escape the routine. She turned ordinary days into memories and simple moments into stories worth retelling.

A woman of integrity and dedication, Evelyn was known in her workplace for her strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork. She was the kind of colleague who could always be counted on steady, responsible, and kind.

Above all, Evelyn had a faith that defined her life. She was a member of the Vineland Spanish Seventh-day Adventist Church, where she lived her beliefs with sincerity. She didn’t just believe in God in a general way, she surrendered her heart to Him. Her hope was anchored in the promises of Jesus, especially the promise of salvation and resurrection. Today she rests in that blessed hope, awaiting the day when all things will be made new.

Evelyn will be remembered not only for what she did, but for how she made others feel: loved, uplifted, included, and joyful. Her laughter, her songs, her kindness, and her faith will continue echoing in the lives of all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, unity, and gratitude that her family will carry forward with honor.

Family and friends are lovingly invited to come together to remember and honor Evelyn at the viewing on Thursday, March 19, from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. at Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. A service celebrating her life will begin at 7:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Ever Gonzales of the Vineland Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Obituario de Evelyn Beltrán

Evelyn Beltran, nacida el 15 de febrero de 1965, entró en su descanso en el Señor después de una vida marcada por el amor, la alegría y una fe profunda. Fue la amada esposa de Juan Beltran, madre devota de Omar Beltran y su esposa Caitlin, y apreciada abuela de su precioso nieto Bryce, quien le brindaba una alegría infinita.

A Evelyn le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Jesús y Hermenegilda "Hilda" Echevarria, cuya memoria honró a lo largo de toda su vida. Fue una de nueve hermanos, cada uno de los cuales ocupaba un lugar especial en su corazón: Cristóbal, Bert (Elsa), Sam (Ana), Hilda (Beny), Doris (Willie), Frank (Sandra), Robert (Yvette) y Moisés (Elba). También fue una tía amorosa para sus dieciséis sobrinos y sobrinas, así como para muchos sobrinos nietos, todos los cuales sintieron su afecto y su espíritu juguetón.

Evelyn amaba abiertamente y siempre será recordada por la manera en que expresaba ese amor con tanta libertad. Su calidez, paciencia y compasión fueron el pegamento que mantuvo unidos muchos corazones.

Viviendo una vida llena de música, risas y alegría, Evelyn tenía una canción para todo. Podía convertir frases simples en melodías que hacían reír a todos. La música era su lenguaje emocional y la usaba para iluminar cualquier lugar. Era una bromista, conocida por sus burlas juguetonas, sus historias divertidas y las frases características que la familia repetirá por muchos años. Incluso en momentos estresantes o tristes, sabía cómo aligerar el ambiente con humor y ternura.

Amante de la naturaleza y de la belleza sencilla, encontraba paz al aire libre: en el aire fresco, bajo los árboles y en los momentos de tranquilidad. Hizo que acampar fuera inolvidable, preparando comida sobre el fuego, organizando pequeñas aventuras o simplemente disfrutando de los sonidos de la noche. Creó tradiciones duraderas a través de sus campamentos favoritos, rutinas matutinas y comidas especiales al aire libre, encontrando pura alegría en la simplicidad y en la belleza de estar juntos.

También poseía un hermoso espíritu de aventura. Las vacaciones estaban entre las mayores alegrías de Evelyn. Aportaba entusiasmo a cada viaje planificando, bromeando y asegurándose de que todos se divirtieran. Para ella, viajar era tiempo en familia, con momentos para estrechar lazos, reír y escapar de la rutina. Convertía los días comunes en recuerdos y los momentos simples en historias dignas de ser contadas una y otra vez.

Una mujer de integridad y dedicación, Evelyn era conocida en su lugar de trabajo por su fuerte ética laboral, confiabilidad y trabajo en equipo. Era el tipo de colega con la que siempre se podía contar: firme, responsable y amable.

Por encima de todo, Evelyn tenía una fe que definió su vida. Era miembro de la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día Hispana de Vineland, donde vivía sus creencias con sinceridad. No solo creía en Dios de una manera general; rindió su corazón a Él. Su esperanza estaba anclada en las promesas de Jesús, especialmente en la promesa de la salvación y la resurrección. Hoy descansa en esa bendita esperanza, esperando el día en que todas las cosas sean hechas nuevas.

Evelyn será recordada no solo por lo que hizo, sino por cómo hizo sentir a los demás: amados, animados, incluidos y alegres. Su risa, sus canciones, su bondad y su fe continuarán haciendo eco en las vidas de todos los que la conocieron. Deja un legado de amor, unidad y gratitud que su familia llevará adelante con honor.

Se invita con afecto a familiares y amigos a reunirse para recordar y honrar a Evelyn en el velorio, el jueves 19 de marzo, de 5:30 p. m. a 9:00 p. m., en la Funeraria Wainwright-Bernhardt, ubicada en 1024 E. Landis Ave., Vineland. El servicio de celebración de su vida comenzará a las 7:00 p. m., oficiado por el pastor Ever Gonzales, de la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día de Vineland.
