Marilyn M. (Wilson) Hill Jourdan, age 82, of Vineland, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, December 4, 2022.

Marilyn was born on January 8, 1940 in Omaha, Nebraska to Lester and Mildred Wilson. She attended Zion Lutheran elementary school, graduating in 1953 and graduated from South High School in Omaha, NE in 1957. Two years later, Marilyn graduated from Capital Beauty Academy in NE in 1959. She married Edgar Hill in 1961 and together they welcomed their child, Mary Lynn in 1964. After moving to New Jersey, She graduated from Cumberland County College in 1981. Marilyn worked as a substitute teacher at Memorial Middle School in Vineland and also at night school. Marilyn started a business called "Marilyn's Cake Designs" and worked for Cumberland County Welfare Services for 10 years. She was a faithful member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church of Vineland where she served as a Deacon and Thrivent member. Marilyn was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for 20 years.

She was preceded in death by her husbands; Edgar Hill in 1996 and Donald Jourdan in 2021. By her parents, Lester and Mildred Wilson, sisters; Betty Hanson (Patrick) and Barbara Inselman (Lester), brother Gordon Wilson, grandmother Agnes Terwilliger and by her son-in-law Armando Bahamundi.

Marilyn is survived by her loving and devoted daughter, Mary Price (Montague), her 2 grandchildren; Ken and Cassandra Bahamundi and by her 3 great-grandchildren; Josiah, Giovanna and Sebastian, all of Vineland. Along with several nieces, nephews and extended family. Marilyn also leaves behind her precious companion, her dog Sandi.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 8 ^th , 2022 from the Redeemer Lutheran Church 2384 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, with Rev. Heather Sugden officiating. Entombment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Mausoleum in Omaha, Nebraska. Family and friends may gather on Thursday from 10:00-11:00 AM in Church, prior to the service.
