Marjorie D. Consalo, age 87 of Millville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland.

Born in Camden, NJ to the late Walter and Dorothy (Swain) Priest, Marjorie was a resident of Vineland for 66 years before moving to Millville. She worked as a seamstress for various clothing companies. Marjorie enjoyed gardening, sewing, arts & crafts and rug hooking. She truly cherished the time she shared with family and friends.

She was predeceased by her daughter Susan Helbach and by 8 siblings.

Marjorie is survived by her best friend and companion, Maurice Consalo of Millville. Her 3 loving children; Marjorie Hovermann and husband Dieter of Franklinville, Stephen Perri of Ocean City and Renee Cheesman and husband Ronald of Vineland and her son-in-law Douglas Helbach of Upper Deerfield. 8 grandchildren; Megan Hoverman, Douglas and Jonathan Helbach, Stephen and Michael Perri, Ronald III, Matthew and Zachary Cheesman. Along with her 4 great-grandchildren; Adalynne Helbach, Dillon, Sophia and Carter Helbach and by her sister Alice Paltjon of Berlin.

The funeral service will be held on Wed. Aug. 24th at 1:00 pm at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland. Family and friends may gather from 12:00-1:00 pm at the funeral home. Marjorie will be laid to rest at Siloam cemetery, following the funeral service.
