March 3, 1925 – July 4, 2017
Martha I. (Spencer) Langley, age 92 of Newfield, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at Juniper Village, Williamstown.
Martha was born in Beaver Dam, Kentucky to the late Raul T. and Burgous D. (Booth) Spencer and was a resident of Malaga for most of her life. She was a homemaker and an active member of the Malaga United Methodist Church. Martha enjoyed sewing and sharing time with her family and friends.
Martha was predeceased by her husband Carl V. Langley Sr. and her 4 children; Joyce Gibbs, Carl V. Langley Jr., Eileen Sudy-Langley and Paulette Langley and 2 Brothers and 3 Sisters.
Martha is survived by her 3 children; Pamela Holland and husband Michael of Vineland, Thomas Langley and husband Morgan Hamilton of Naselle, Washington and James Langley and wife Brenda of New Holland, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 8th at 10:30 am at the Wainwright-Bernhardt Funeral Home, 1024 E. Landis Ave. Vineland, with Rev. David Strope officiating. Interment will follow in Malaga Cemetery. Family and friends may gather from 8:30 - 10:30 am at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Martha may be made to the Malaga United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 890 Malaga, NJ 08328.
